Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed) for a healthcare location in WEST HILLS, CA. You will provide security, customer service, and incident response while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents and ensure a welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

The role offers flexible scheduling with day and night shifts and requires a valid driver’s license and minimum security experience. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Guard card or license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, patients, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare laboratory location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of laboratory areas, offices, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report access-control concerns or suspicious activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding incidents, observations, patrols, and security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures.
