Job summary

PCI Health Training Center seeks a part-time Faculty Member for the Health Care Management program. You will deliver engaging instruction that aligns with ACCSC Standards, assess student performance, and support student retention and success in a positive learning environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Health Care Management or related field, with a Master’s preferred, and at least three years in health care management. Postsecondary teaching experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Management, Health Administration, Business, or related field.
• Minimum three years of health care management experience.
• Postsecondary teaching experience preferred.
• Professional certifications preferred where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courses according to syllabi and program outline.
• Prepare lesson plans and assessments aligned to objectives.
• Evaluate student performance with timely feedback.
• Maintain attendance, grades, and advising records.
• Provide office hours and academic support.
• Support curriculum review and program assessment.
