Job summary

Sodexo at OUR LADY OF LOURDES REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER in Lafayette, LA is hiring a part-time Utility Worker. You will support kitchen and facility operations, cleaning and organizing food production and service areas, handling dishes, and assisting with set-up and break-down tasks.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED with knowledge of sanitation procedures. Workdays are afternoon/evenings with rotating weekends; pay is $14.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and basic food safety.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or in a machine.
• Cleans and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans, and vacuums floors.
• Removes trash to designated areas.
• Restocks cleaning supplies and materials.
• Assists with setup and breakdown tasks as directed.
