Whitney Oaks Care Center in Rocklin, CA is seeking a dependable Part-Time Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming environments for residents and staff. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently or with others to uphold high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms and common areas, following safety procedures, and providing excellent customer service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience in healthcare or long-term care settings is a plus.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand procedure manuals, instructions, and safety guidelines.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to solve practical problems and adapt to changing situations.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and maintain common areas, including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, drinking fountains, and floors.
• Clean and sanitize resident rooms and bathrooms according to facility standards.
• Dust and wipe down handrails, walls, mirrors, windows, light fixtures, towel bars, and dispensers.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
• Follow all housekeeping and safety procedures, including proper chemical storage and use of caution signage.
• Operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary housekeeping carts, equipment, and storage areas.
• Report resident safety concerns promptly to the Director of Housekeeping, Administrator, or Director of Nursing.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, guests, and coworkers.
• Manage time effectively and complete assignments efficiently.
• Work independently and collaboratively to maintain facility standards.
