Arcwood Environmental, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Healthcare Device Technician to manage a Product Collection Program at customer sites. A personal vehicle is required for travel between sites, with mileage reimbursement. Hours range from 10–20 hours per week.

The role emphasizes safety, inspections, data collection via a mobile app, and reporting to the client. Candidates should have a high-school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous work experience in a customer service setting (preferred).
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to drive between customer sites (required).

Responsabilités

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times.
• Provides inspection services to clients, including collection bin inspections, data collection via mobile app, packaging of full containers for shipment and conducting other various facility inspections as required.
• Prepares weekly submission of reports via mobile app detailing activities and works with the client to achieve program efficiencies
• Completes project billing and cost tracking operations as needed
• Maintains inventory of supplies to conduct inspections
• Receives and maintains credentials to provide service at the client locations
• Completes all necessary training as provided by Arcwood
• Responds as needed to provide assistance to customers during off hours
• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
