Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, informatics, statistics, public health, or related field with coursework in quantitative analysis.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of professional analytics-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Transform data into actionable insights with narrative to drive strategic and operational decisions.
• Conduct driver analysis to identify key factors influencing health outcomes and predict future utilization of health care services.
• Provide consultation to internal stakeholders in understanding and responding to performance metrics.
• Assist stakeholders with standardized reports and population health quality improvement programs.
