Qualifications

• Background investigation required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Background checks considered in accordance with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and patients by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control entry/exit points, verify identification, issue visitor credentials, and maintain access records.
• Respond to access-control alarms and incidents in a calm, professional manner and escalate when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, restricted areas, parking lots, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Document incidents and daily activities in required reports.
