Qualifications

• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and patients on site.
• Monitor entry/exit points and verify identification and authorization.
• Issue visitor credentials and maintain access records per site rules.
• Respond calmly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies and escalate when needed.
• Conduct regular patrols to deter unauthorized access and identify risks.
