Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to provide friendly, customer-focused service in a busy CVS store. You will assist shoppers, stock shelves, process transactions, and support pharmacy operations as needed.

This role offers 29 hours per week, competitive pay of $16.94 to $23.94 per hour, and benefits eligibility. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, and the position requires the ability to stand for long periods and lift light loads.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Visual acuity for computer and reading tasks.
• Experience in a retail or customer service setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, assist locating items, and offer help.
• Perform cashier duties accurately and follow policies.
• Restock shelves, update pricing, and assist with inventory as directed by store manager.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist multiple departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring full stock and operations.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and participate in pharmacy shifts for growth.
• Advocate for CVS services and loyalty programs to support customers’ health journeys.
