Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Retail Store Associate to join our team in a part-time capacity. You will deliver friendly, proactive customer service, operate the register, assist customers in locating items, and support daily store operations including stocking and pricing updates.

The role offers exposure to multiple departments, with potential growth by supporting pharmacy staff and learning CVS services and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Part-time role with anticipated 29 hours per week.
• Pay range: $15.00–$18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, offer help locating items and answer questions.
• Conduct cashier duties accurately, handling cash, checks and cards per policy.
• Restock shelves, monitor inventory, update pricing, and assist store operations.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist across departments including photo and beauty, ensuring full readiness of services and tools.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and participate in growth opportunities.
