Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service and resolve potential service issues.
• Greet customers, assist with locating items and offer help.
• Perform cashier duties accurately (cash, checks, credit cards).
• Restock shelves, update pricing and manage inventory as directed.
• Support opening/closing store activities.
• Assist departments including photo and beauty and stay updated on services and tools.
• Assist pharmacy personnel and work shifts in the pharmacy when needed.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
