You will handle cash and transactions, restock shelves, assist customers with locating items, and participate in opening/closing store activities. This role offers 20 hours weekly with pay starting at $16.94 per hour and a benefits package for eligible teammates.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Remaining upright on the feet for extended periods.
• Lifting and exerting up to 35 lbs occasionally and up to 10 lbs frequently.
• Visual acuity to read a computer terminal and small parts/details.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, help locate items and offer assistance.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and process transactions.
• Restock shelves, update prices and assist inventory management.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist departments including photo and beauty and stay updated on services.
• Support pharmacy personnel and opportunities for growth.
