Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Physical: stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Visual acuity for computer terminals and reading small parts/details.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service and resolve issues.
• Greet customers, assist with locating items, and help across departments.
• Handle cashier transactions accurately and according to policy.
• Restock shelves, update pricing, and assist with inventory tasks.
• Support opening/closing store activities as needed.
• Assist photo and beauty departments and keep them stocked and updated.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and seek growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to customers.
