CVS Pharmacy in Texas is seeking a friendly Retail Store Associate to provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and support daily store operations. You will work as part of a team to ensure shelves are stocked and checkout runs smoothly.

The role offers full-time hours, 40 per week, with a pay range of $15.00–$19.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates must be at least 16 years old and able to lift up to 35 lbs, with high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs occasionally.
• Visual acuity to read computer screens and product labels.
• Preferred: prior retail or customer service experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service and assist customers with locating items.
• Perform cashier duties accurately, handling cash, checks and cards per policy.
• Maintain sales floor, restock shelves, and update pricing information.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist across departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring stock and readiness.
• Support pharmacy personnel when needed and participate in growth opportunities.
