Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Cashier duties experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by greeting customers, anticipating needs, and resolving issues.
• Greet customers, assist with locating items and offer help.
• Perform cashier duties accurately and adhere to policies.
• Maintain sales floor, restock shelves, and manage pricing and inventory as directed.
• Support opening and closing store activities.
• Assist other departments and stay updated on services and tools.
• Support pharmacy staff when needed and participate in growth opportunities.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
