Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to deliver friendly, efficient service on the sales floor and to support the pharmacy team as needed.

You will help customers, operate registers, stock shelves, and contribute to a smooth, welcoming store experience for our communities. This role offers 20 hours per week with a pay range of $15.00–$18.00 per hour and eligible benefits for qualified colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items as needed.
• Perform cashier duties accurately following company policies.
• Restock shelves, update pricing, and support inventory tasks.
• Assist with opening/closing store activities as needed.
• Support various departments, including photo and beauty, and assist pharmacy personnel when required.
