Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Retail Store Associate in Conover, NC. In a busy retail setting, you’ll deliver friendly, proactive service, help customers locate items, and support cashier duties while following store policies.

You may assist pharmacy personnel and participate in normal opening/closing tasks. The pay range is $15.00–$19.00 per hour, and eligible colleagues can access our benefits, discounts and programs listed during the application process.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• High School Diploma Or Equivalent Preferred But Not Required.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties including cash, checks and card transactions.
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing and manage inventory as directed.
• Support opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assist photo and beauty departments to stay stocked and operational.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and participate in pharmacy shifts.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support customers' health goals.
