The Vitamin Shoppe in Reno, NV is seeking a part-time Retail Key Holder to support store leadership, help customers, and drive sales. You’ll act as a trusted front-line leader, opening/closing duties, supervising associates, and ensuring a welcoming, knowledgeable shopping experience.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED, pride in health and wellness, and the flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including holidays/weekends.
• Ability to engage customers and drive sales.

Responsibilities

• Act as direct support for Management Team and execute with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals.
• Build loyalty through personalized customer connections and memorable shopping experiences.
• Act as Manager On Duty in absence of Store Manager/Assistant Manager/Key Holder.
• Process transactions, merchandise shelves, and price products accordingly.
• Master product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Collaborate with Health Enthusiasts team to deliver service.
• Maintain store appearance, follow loss prevention standards, and ensure timely receipts.
