United Community Action Partnership, Inc. is seeking a dependable Bus Driver in Willmar, MN. The role involves transporting passengers safely, following schedules, and assisting riders with a courteous, professional approach.

Candidates must hold a valid CDL with passenger endorsement or be able to obtain one, and pursue BEST Certification and Pediatric First Aid/CPR within 90 days of hire. This is a part-time, 24-hours-per-week position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class C CDL with passenger endorsement or ability to obtain one.
• Best Certification and Pediatric First Aid/CPR within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to obtain a BEST Certification and Pediatric First Aid/CPR within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers safely according to schedules and assignments.
• Make quick, sound decisions based on traffic and road conditions.
• Follow schedule established on manifest.
• Collaborate with staff to organize routes and events.
• Follow all driving policies and procedures.
• Complete pre- and post-trip bus inspections.
• Communicate policies and handle fare collection.
• Assist passengers professionally and tactfully.
