Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations for Men's Lacrosse.
Valid driver's license.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
Completion of NCAA Division III Rules Test.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the men's lacrosse program, including scheduling, budgeting, and daily operations.
Recruit and retain student-athletes to build a competitive roster.
Conduct training sessions and manage game-day prep and scouting.
Monitor academic progress and student-athlete wellbeing.
Hire, supervise, and mentor assistant coaches.
Ensure compliance with NCAA, conference, and university rules.
Manage program budget, equipment, and supplies.
Coordinate team travel and events.
Represent the university at events and with campus partners.
