Essential Functions:

• Assisted Self Check Out
• Demonstrates ability to monitor and identify customers needing assistance at multiple self-checkout registers
• Approaches and interacts with customers to recommend products and services
• Greets, assists, and engages with customers at multiple registers
• Moves throughout the checkout area performing physical tasks to ensure transaction accuracy
• Thanks customers and invites them back to Lowe’s

Customer Service

• Provides excellent customer service following Lowe's policies
• Assists customers in locating, demonstrating, and loading merchandise
• Responds promptly to questions and guides customers through store projects
• Communicates product and service information effectively
• Trains and coaches team members
• Processes transactions and refunds at the register
• Supports front-end team with supervision and support
• Handles merchandise and customer inquiries
• Answers calls and manages register coverage

In-stock

• Prepares register area at shift start/end
• Inspects returned merchandise
• Enters customer orders and manages online orders and returns
• Verifies pricing and records store item usage

Clean and Safe Stores

• Monitors cash and security measures
• Detects and reports theft or security issues
• Maintains store cleanliness and safety standards
• Operates store equipment as needed

General

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Less than 1 year of experience with computers and retail technology
• 1-2 years retail cashier experience
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

Preferences:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in product sales, customer needs assessment, supervisory roles, and shoplifting detection
