Job summary

Pine Creek High School in Colorado Springs, part of Academy District 20, is seeking a Head Boys Lacrosse Coach for the upcoming season. This part-time role reports to the Athletic Director and is responsible for coaching, development, and supervision of the lacrosse program.

The candidate will lead practice planning, ensure compliance with district policies and GHBB rules, and communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff.

Qualifications

• ASEP Certification, CHSAA Certification and NFHS Coaching Fundamentals Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Colorado teaching licenses.

Responsibilities

• Ability to coach, develop, and supervise the lacrosse program under guidance of the Athletic Director and head coach.
• Communicate high expectations for athlete behavior and safety; maintain records, rosters, and equipment.
• Plan practices and strategies; ensure adherence to district policies and governing body rules.
• Coordinate with athletic trainers and school staff as needed.
