Job summary

The position requires ASEP and CHSAA certifications, NFHS coaching credentials, and a high school diploma, with strong communication and organizational skills. 37.5 hours weekly, on-site at Pine Creek High School.

Qualifications

• ASEP Certification, CHSAA Certification, NFHS Coaching Fundamentals Certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, leadership and supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead coaching, development, and supervision of the athletic program with the Athletic Director.
• Develop practice plans and game management strategies to promote athlete growth.
• Coordinate with coaches, staff, and stakeholders to ensure program success.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and compliance with district policies and regulations.
