Lids Sports Group in Los Angeles is seeking part-time retail salespeople to be the heartbeat and energy of the brand. You will help customers choose products that express their individuality, team pride, and style, while delivering an exceptional Lids experience.

As a cap expert, you will maintain product displays, follow visual guidelines, and provide knowledgeable service. The role requires energy, a professional demeanor, and a passion for sports fashion and fan culture.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through customer service.
• Generate Revenue: Meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics.
• Generate Revenue: Engage in store maintenance according to current visual guidelines, including proper sales, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Generate Revenue: Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.
• Control Expenses: Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
• Control Expenses: Participate in managing store inventory including processing shipments and resetting merchandise.
• Control Expenses: Assist with accurate product counts in a consistent and timely manner.
• Control Expenses: Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
