Lids Sports Group, a leading North American sports retailer, is seeking part-time retail sales team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience in-store. You will help customers choose products, maintain product displays, and uphold brand standards across our locations.

As part of our team you will engage with customers, learn product details, and support store operations. The role offers employee discounts, development opportunities, and a collaborative environment.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through customer service.
• Generate Revenue: Meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics.
• Generate Revenue: Engage in store maintenance according to current visual guidelines, including proper sales, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Generate Revenue: Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.
• Control Expenses: Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
• Control Expenses: Participate in managing store inventory including processing shipments and resetting merchandise.
• Control Expenses: Assist with accurate product counts in a consistent and timely manner.
• Control Expenses: Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
