Lids Sports Group is seeking a part-time retail sales associate in Houston to help customers select hats and apparel, share product knowledge, and create a memorable shopping experience. You will assist with in-store displays and ensure displays follow visual standards while delivering energetic service at the register.

You will work with a team to meet store goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a clean, organized selling floor in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through customer service.
• Meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics.
• Engage in store maintenance according to current visual guidelines, including proper sales, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.
