Lids Sports Group in Round Rock, TX is seeking a part-time retail sales associate to energize customers and drive the in-store experience. You will help customers find products that match their style and team pride while maintaining product presentation in line with visual standards.

Responsibilities

• Generate Revenue: Achieve revenue growth through customer service.
• Generate Revenue: Meet or exceed company goals in all individual statistics.
• Generate Revenue: Engage in store maintenance according to current visual guidelines, including proper sales, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Generate Revenue: Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the dress code.
• Control Expenses: Protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
• Control Expenses: Participate in managing store inventory including processing shipments and resetting merchandise.
• Control Expenses: Assist with accurate product counts in a consistent and timely manner.
• Control Expenses: Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.
