Qualifications

• Previous work experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Must possess strong math, reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Able to lift and load merchandise up to 50 lbs and climb a ladder.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine their needs with open-ended questions.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend solutions.
• Process sales orders, special orders, and price lookups.
• Assist with inventory and merchandising.
• Handle telephone inquiries politely.
