This part-time, permanent-hire role offers a structured environment, direct supervision, exposure to splint fabrication including Exos, and collaboration with a dedicated team to support patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapist with current Idaho licensure (required).
• NPI number (required).
• Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) preferred - or motivated to pursue certification.
• Training in orthotic/splint fabrication, including Exos.
• Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Committed to lifelong learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with upper extremity conditions and injuries.
• Create individualized treatment plans and revise based on patient progress.
• Fabricate custom splints/orthotics and provide wound care as needed.
• Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery, and equipment.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and billing.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Contribute to developing treatment protocols and patient education materials.
• Maintain a clean, HIPAA-compliant workspace and uphold clinic policies.
