Qualifications

• 3+ years of hand/upper extremity therapy experience.
• Current CHT credential is a plus.
• Strong orthosis fabrication skills.
• Sustainable and ethical billing practices and defensible, timely documentation.

• Desire to mentor the next generation of hand therapists.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT hand therapy with a caseload of complex cases.
• Mentor OT/OTA students and two COTAs.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to plan treatment.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and billing practices.
