Qualifications

• Passion for gymnastics and working with children.

• Willingness to learn and follow coaching guidelines and safety protocols.
• Previous experience in gymnastics is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coaching basic to intermediate gymnastics and ninja skills, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Providing positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to help athletes improve their skills.
• Communicating effectively with children, parents, and fellow coaches.
• Learning new techniques, spotting methods, and progressions to help challenge the children in your classes.
• Assisting with special events, including but not limited to camps, skills clinics, birthday parties, open gyms, etc.
• Adaptable to changes in the schedule and assist with additional events as needed.
