Rowland Ballard Gymnastics in Atascocita, TX is hiring an Entry-Level Gymnastics and Ninja Coach. The position is part-time with evenings and weekend hours, including Fridays/Saturdays for events.

You'll teach gymnastics and ninja skills to young athletes, provide positive feedback, and adapt to a variable schedule. Minimum 3 days availability and participation in monthly events is expected.

Qualifications

• Passion for gymnastics and working with children.
• Availability to work a variable schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow coaching guidelines and safety protocols.
• Previous experience in gymnastics or related roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coaching basic to intermediate gymnastics and ninja skills in a safe, fun environment.
• Provide positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to help athletes improve.
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow coaches.
• Learn new techniques, progressions, and spotting methods to challenge students.
• Assist with special events such as camps, clinics, birthday parties and open gyms.
• Be adaptable to schedule changes and support additional events as needed.
