Job summary

Midwest Gymnastics in Little Canada, MN is seeking part-time recreational gymnastics coaches for the fall season. We offer paid training, clear lesson plans, and mentorship from day one. No prior gymnastics coaching experience is required.

You'll teach preschool and school-age classes, model skills, ensure safety, and communicate with athletes and parents. Flexible weekly schedule, evenings and Saturday mornings, with competitive hourly pay of $16-$19 and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Enjoys working with children.
• Positive, enthusiastic, reliable.
• Comfortable being active and demonstrating movement.
• Prior gymnastics, cheer, dance, or athletic experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• Must be 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Teach structured classes for preschool and school-age gymnasts.
• Demonstrate skills, spot basic progressions, and guide athletes through lesson plans.
• Create a safe, positive environment where kids build confidence.
• Communicate clearly and kindly with athletes and parents.
