Job summary

The Little Gym is hiring a part-time Gymnastics and Child Development Instructor to lead classes for children aged 4 months through 12 years. You’ll teach based on our proven curriculum, create a warm and educational environment, and engage families in a safe, encouraging setting.

Shifts include afternoons/evenings and weekends; training is provided. You’ll join a team that values movement, confidence, and community, with opportunities to grow hours as you prove yourself.

Qualifications

• Part-time position with Saturday or Sunday shifts.
• Afternoon/evening availability required.
• Must be able to lift 50–60 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes based on our curriculum and teaching method.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Assist with Birthday Bash events and family-friendly activities.
• Maintain an active, fun, and safe environment for children in each class.
