Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to speak the truth in love and interpret communication in relationships.
• If in addiction recovery, a minimum of 2 years clean and sober.

Responsibilities

• Share gospel and provide guest support within a Christian environment.
• Maintain safe and secure facility operations.
• Lead guest interactions, provide encouragement and support.
• Assist with daily household tasks and inspections.
• Coordinate intake for new guests entering the facility.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
