Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to guests using biblical principles.
• Perform case management per guidelines and document in Mission Tracker.
• Coordinate internal and external services to assist guest recovery.
• Deliver education and relapse-prevention training as part of recovery.
• Model spiritual growth and mentor staff and volunteers.
