Miracle Hill Ministries in South Carolina seeks a Guest Support/Facility Assistant to maintain a healthy Christian environment, assist guests, and help ensure safe facility operations.

The role involves sharing the Gospel, managing guest interactions, and supporting staff while adhering to ministry protocols. A HS Diploma and good communication skills are preferred; Microsoft Office experience is a plus. This is a faith-based role aligned with doctrinal beliefs.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office helpful.
• Ability to speak truth in love while communicating clearly.

Responsabilités

• Share the Gospel with guests and pray with/for them as appropriate.
• Serve guests residing in the facility and provide support.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure guest safety.
• Provide access to medications per ministry protocol.
• Maintain written materials for orderly service delivery.
• Ensure guest compliance with resident guidelines and procedures.
• Encourage and support guests; interact with staff and volunteers.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings as required.
• Perform daily household tasks and safety-related duties.
• Conduct room inspections and searches for cleanliness and contraband.
• Assist with intake, cleanliness, and safety coordination as needed.
