Hilton Garden Inn Tysons Corner is seeking a Guest Transportation Driver to provide safe, reliable shuttle service for guests in Vienna, VA. This part-time role emphasizes warm, professional hospitality and a willingness to help guests with local recommendations.

Responsibilities include transporting guests, assisting with luggage, knowledge of the hotel and area, and maintaining a clean vehicle. Shifts typically begin around 4:00–5:00 PM and may include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, transportation, or customer-service environment is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid, current, non-probationary driver's license from the state in which the property is located.
• Must maintain a clean and satisfactory driving record.
• Schedule flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport hotel guests to and from designated locations.
• Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service throughout each guest interaction.
• Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings as needed.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the hotel, its amenities, and the surrounding area.
• Answer guest questions and provide helpful recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, shopping, and other points of interest.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain the shuttle vehicle in a clean, safe, and presentable condition.
• Check that the vehicle has adequate fuel and is ready for service.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all hotel policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with the Front Desk and other hotel departments regarding guest transportation needs.
• Assist other departments with hotel operations as needed based on business demands.
