Job summary

Arizona Athletic Grounds in Mesa, AZ is seeking motivated and experienced part-time Ticket Service Reps/Shuttle Drivers to work a variety of shifts, including nights, holidays and weekends at a busy youth sports complex.

Responsibilities include shuttling guests, providing guest relations, handling ticketing and payments, and assisting guests with directions and information. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are required; prior shuttle/valet experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Prior professional driving experience (shuttle, transport, delivery, valet) preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to safely operate passenger shuttles or golf carts in busy areas.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to assist guests with special needs, luggage, or equipment.
• Maintain current auto insurance as required by company policy.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle guests from parking lots to entrances and fields.
• Provide positive “Guest Relations” assistance and information to guests.
• Adhere to all road safety and safe speed regulations.
• Sell, scan and secure doors/gates at AAG ticketed events.
• Work in Box Office windows or any section of the Grounds to assist guests with directions, event information, or questions.
• Process payments for tickets and follow sales procedures.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in a professional manner.
• Process administrative tasks, including opening and closing paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Box Office management.
