Job summary

Arizona Snowbowl is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport guests safely between parking areas and the base amenities. You will operate CDL passenger buses or vans and maintain professional guest relations to ensure a positive experience.

The role requires valid CDL with P endorsement, DOT medical card, and ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing. Night/weekend shifts and varied weather conditions are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience (2 years).
• Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement required.
• No driver restrictions, suspensions, or revocations within the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid DOT medical card.
• Must be able to pass a DOT pre-employment drug test and comply with ongoing random testing.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL passenger bus or van in compliance with traffic regulations and Arizona Snowbowl policies.
• Assist passengers to board/exit and secure luggage as needed.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate logs.
• Communicate effectively via two-way radio with dispatch and staff.
• Provide courteous, professional guest service and maintain a positive image.
