BEST Crowd Management is hiring a Guest Services Staff Member for Northwest Stadium in Landover, MD. The part-time position focuses on delivering friendly, attentive service to event attendees and supporting overall operations.

You will greet guests, provide information, assist with wayfinding, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment during events. The role suits reliable individuals with strong communication skills and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Prior customer service or hospitality experience advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting event attendees with their needs.
• Assist with event set-up, including arranging equipment, signage, and other tasks.
• Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and policy compliance.
• Answer questions and provide information about the event, facilities, and amenities to guests.
• Guide and direct guests to seating areas, restrooms, concessions, and exits.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with event staff, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with crowd management to ensure safe, enjoyable experiences for attendees.
