Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepares work area and stocks stations for daily operations.
• Operates reservation software and dining room management systems.
• Answers phones and assists guests with to-go orders.
• Maintains high standards of quality and service for guests.
• Operates beverage and food service equipment.
• Collaborates with kitchen, servers, and supervisors to ensure smooth service.
• Greets customers and addresses questions, escalating to leadership as needed.
• Processes payments for to-go orders at the POS.
