Hotel Investment Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable part-time Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant to clean guest rooms and public areas and to wash, dry, fold, and stock linens to established standards.

You will follow safety procedures, operate laundry equipment, and provide courteous service to guests and coworkers in a fast-paced hotel environment. Availability for mornings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, laundry, hospitality, healthcare, or custodial experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions, cleaning procedures, room checklists, and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, and respectful when interacting with guests and coworkers.
• Basic ability to read product labels, safety information, and work assignments.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and assigned public areas.
• Make beds; replace linens and towels; dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces and fixtures.
• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and other washable items.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and use cleaning products according to labels and procedures.
• Restock guest supplies, housekeeping carts, linen closets, and laundry areas.
• Inspect rooms and linens for cleanliness, and report concerns promptly.
• Respond courteously to guest requests and protect privacy and property.
• Remove trash and transport soiled linens using proper handling and sanitation practices.
• Maintain clean, organized housekeeping and laundry work areas.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and inventory shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow workplace safety, infection-control, chemical-handling, and security procedures.
• Assist coworkers and complete other housekeeping or laundry duties as assigned.
