Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Guest Lead for an Altar'd State store in Cincinnati, OH. You will guide daily guest experiences, uphold brand service standards, and support merchandising and operations to drive store goals.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, ensuring a clean, organized environment, and adhering to loss prevention policies while representing the brand in line with dress and grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
