Job summary

RPM Pizza, a Domino’s franchise, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative at 1002 Johnson St. The role focuses on taking orders, delivering friendly service, and upholding brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will help maintain cleanliness, assist with inventory, and participate in training programs to grow with the team. Flexible scheduling and team discounts are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (work permit required in some locations).
• Willingness to learn and participate in required training programs.
• Strong communication and basic math skills.
• Positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide a fun, friendly, and engaging experience for Customers while taking orders.
• Uphold and represent RPM and Domino’s brand standards.
• Maintain store cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Prepare products accurately and efficiently according to company standards.
• Deliver excellent Customer service and resolve concerns with a sense of ownership.
• Demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Operate store equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
