Qualifications

• Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating.
• Describes specials of the day; answers questions; suggests items.
• Takes and serves food and beverage orders; delivers promptly.
• Follows up with guests to ensure satisfaction; replenishes items as needed.
• Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests; maintains workstation and side duties.
• Handles checkout and cash transactions; uses POS system; follows ordering procedures.
