Job summary

The Clubs at St James in Southport, NC, is seeking a Part-Time Server to join Troon’s hospitality team. You will greet guests, describe daily specials, take and deliver orders, and help maintain a clean, efficient workstation.

This role offers flexible hours and a benefits package including medical, vision, 401K, EAP, life and disability insurance, and paid time off; bartending experience is preferred and state alcohol service rules apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or serving roles preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays.
• Good communication and guest interaction skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides immediate attention to guests upon seating.
• Describes specials and menu items; answers questions.
• Takes orders and delivers food and beverages.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and replenishes items as needed.
• Prepares workstation and follows safety standards.
• Cross-trains in bartending service.
