Job summary

Colletta at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO is seeking Part-Time Servers dedicated to delivering polished service and creating memorable dining experiences. You will guide guests through menu selections with confidence and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth service.

Shifts run 3:00pm–11:00pm, including weekends and holidays. The role pays $15.16/hour plus tips; 21+ with a passion for hospitality and food & beverage is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in F&B preferred but not required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours.
• Passion for food and beverage.
• Passion for Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver polished, attentive service from greeting through farewell.
• Guide guests through food, beverage, and daily menu selections with confidence.
• Anticipate needs, personalize service, and respond quickly to guest requests.
• Manage multiple tables and priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency during busy periods.
• Build genuine guest connections that turn a great meal into a memorable experience.
• Communicate and coordinate with the team to keep service running smoothly.
• Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism, good judgment, and a solutions-focused approach.
