McDonald’s Guest Experience Leader is seeking motivated team members for a part-time role in our restaurant. You’ll greet guests, help with ordering, and assist customers at the kiosks to create a welcoming experience.

The position runs between 8am and 8pm and requires a great attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team setting. Eligibility starts at age 16, with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with customers and assist at kiosks.
• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Guest Experience Leader.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with ordering and using kiosks.
• Provide help to customers needing extra assistance.
• Check satisfaction after food delivery and address concerns.
• Coordinate with restaurant team to share feedback and ideas.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat and maintain a positive guest experience.
