Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to greet guests, take orders, operate the register, and assist with kitchen tasks. The role runs 8am–8pm on a part-time basis, with opportunities to grow while supporting a full-time aspiration.

You’ll help keep the restaurant clean, stocked, and welcoming for every guest. Benefits include competitive pay up to $11/hr, weekly pay, PTO, and opportunities through Archways to Opportunity for education.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing capabilities required.
• Basic computer skills required for ordering and kiosk use.
• Ability to count money and give change accurately.
• Positive attitude and teamwork important.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time.
• Must be at least 16 years old with ninth grade education.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders; assist with kiosks.
• Assist customers and ensure satisfaction with meals.
• Keep the restaurant clean and stocked; assist team as needed.
• Manage customer concerns and feedback with the team.
• Participate in duties to support smooth operating flow.
